Hospitalist opportunities are now available at Vernon Jubilee Hospital! The Hospitalist plays a valuable role on the core service team at Vernon Jubilee Hospital and is responsible for the general medical care of hospitalized adult patients, and for co-management of surgical, and psychiatric patients. This position does not include any Obstetrics/Gynaecology or Pediatrics coverage. The Hospitalist is commonly faced with acutely ill patients and their families, so the role demands superior clinical and communication skills, and the ability to work with other members of the health care team.
